By using Intelligent ChemRS you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these terms and conditions. 1. User account and password

A personal password will be provided to you by Intelligent ChemRS. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Make sure that your password is kept safe and cannot be used by unauthorized persons. Please notify Intelligent ChemRS immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. If you loose or forget your password, you can access Intelligent ChemRS again by use of an electronic (e-mail) statement to trace your password.

2. Privacy and security

The personal data in your user account are strictly confidential and can only be accessed by you by signing in to your account. Intelligent ChemRS will not sell or provide personal account information to third parties. In the processing of your data Intelligent ChemRS will comply with the Dutch regulations on protection of personal information.

3. Data processing

Intelligent ChemRS logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, etc. from users and visitors to the site. These data are used to manage the website and for security and monitoring purposes.
